The holter is a small device that can be easily worn in the middle of the left arm (precisely on the triceps muscle) thanks to an elastic band. There are no cables but two sensors that acquire specific data through the skin and then draw up a personalized food plan. It is a tool through which we measure total daily energy expenditure.
